Cancellations and refunds:

Up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment- you may reschedule your appointment, or use the credit towards a future event, or you can request a refund by sending an email to Heather@BodyFatTest.com

No shows- no shows lose their test credit and there will be no refunds given.
