We’re back to the beach this year for a family-friendly picnic to celebrate Canada Day and kick-start your Independence Day celebrations. Everyone’s invited; Canadians, and friends of Canadians! Pack your picnic basket, bring a cooler with something to grill, wear your favorite Canadian tee shirt, ball cap, face paint, or just wear some RED and WHITE. Show your Canadian pride to kick off the summer with our fellow Americans

6:00 pm – Event wraps up

Doheny State Beach, and have reserved the Picnic Area A and secured an alcohol permit, familiar to those who have attended in the past. We celebrate at the beach to enjoy what many of us moved here for. The site we’ve reserved has a large paved area, with shaded picnic tables, access to sinks, and large BBQ grills, which we’ll keep hot throughout the day.
