The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel brings back its celebrated Culinary Cookout On The Coast, an outdoor dining series set on the edge of an expansive bluff overlooking miles of the Pacific Ocean. From festive holiday celebrations to pop-ups from celebrated California chefs and breweries, the culinary series showcases the resort’s multicultural culinary program and surrounding area’s best seasonal flavors.
Soak in the last of summer with an extravagant family style feast at the Pacific Northwest Clambake.
Celebrate the region’s signature seafood offerings with a coastal-inspired family style feast presented led by Quy Trinh. Indulge with butler passed hors d’oeuvres, starters including Dungeness crab salad and a raw bar and a clam bake featuring Lobster, Clams, Mussels, Spot Prawns, Potato, Corn Cobb and Portuguese Sausage.
