The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel brings back its celebrated Diwali Mela, an outdoor dining series set on the edge of an expansive bluff overlooking miles of the Pacific Ocean. From festive holiday celebrations to pop-ups from celebrated California chefs and breweries, the culinary series showcases the resort’s multicultural culinary program and surrounding area’s best seasonal flavors.
Chef de Cuisine and New Delhi-native Sanjay Rawat celebrates India’s Festival of Lights with a colorful spread of traditional regional Indian cuisine with a modern twist, vibrant lights, and other special touches.
