Dr. Jim Glantz For School Board. Come support Dr. Jim Glantz Friday the 14th. He’s running for School Board for area 4 which is parts of Dana and Laguna Niguel.

Dr. Glantz is a former teacher of six years, a current businessman, and the President of a firm that develops corporate leaders working in companies ranging from Fortune 500 to start-ups. Prior to Dr. Glantz launching his business, he was the Vice-President of Leadership Development for The Wonderful Company (a $4.2b, 8,000-person company owned by Stewart and Lynda Resnick). Dr. Glantz received his masters in Organizational Change and his doctorate in Organizational Development.

Prior to his business career, Dr. Glantz was a high school/middle school English and Government teacher, who received his masters in Education from UCLA.  As a teacher, Dr. Glantz worked tirelessly to develop curriculum, grade essays, and deliver excellence for five classes per day. To this day, Dr. Glantz still loves teaching, and he has taught at the doctoral level in business programs.

In addition to running a business, Dr. Glantz enjoys the feeling of “giving to/serving the community.”  He serves on the Laguna Niguel Military Support Committee, and on the Board of two charities, one of which (ORT America) focuses on vocational training in underprivileged areas
