Cru Beaujolais – Join us for this very special Flight Club as we taste through four crus of one of our favorite regions in France, Beaujolais! We’re not talking about the fruity Beaujolais Nouveau that releases every November, this is the good stuff! Far more complex, food friendly and age worthy yet much more affordable than their neighbors in Burgundy
Attendees will enjoy delicious bites prepared by Chef Rob Wilson to accompany wines during the tasting. Purchase your favorite bottle afterward and stay for dinner!

Glasspar is your neighborhood seafood restaurant, oyster bar, and Tap Room. Chef Rob Wilson, former Executive Chef of the Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel, and Montage Laguna Beach, opens up his first restaurant in the Dana Point Harbor. Glasspar is named after the Orange County boat company that built fiberglass boats from the 1940’s to the late 1970’s. Chef Rob’s father owned a Glasspar boat, and he grew up swimming and fishing in the Dana Point Harbor, as well as his love of all things from the ocean!
