Mariners 2023 Fall Season Information Night

Mariners is an amazing co-ed BSA organization, both for kids (12-17 yrs) and parent volunteers. Discover new skills and friendships to last a lifetime. Get your whole family involved and set sail!
he Mariner Sea Scout Ship (Ship 936) is a coed group of youths from the ages of 12 to 18 that have been in Dana Point, CA. for over 45 years. We are the largest Sea Scout Ship in California and have two programs: Junior Mariners for ages 12 and 13 and Mariners for ages 14 to 18. No previous sailing experience is necessary to participate.
The Mariners have sent young men and women to all the major colleges and maritime academies including the Naval Academy, the Coast Guard Academy, Cal Maritime, Suni, the Great Lakes Maritime Academy, Harvard, Yale and Berkeley!
You are invited attend this 1hr info night for an opportunity to see what the program is all about. You will be treated to a presentation from our existing mariners and will be given a tour of our fleet of over 30 vessels.
The Mariners are a close family that form bonds with each other that will last for a lifetime.
