It is a beautiful & potent time to set intentions for the upcoming moon cycle (28 day feminine cycle)

Plant seeds of desire to nurture during this cycle and get clear on the steps you will be taking to fulfill on your desires and dreams.
Whether this is your first sisterhood circle or you have sat in circle many times- know that you are welcome! No experience is necessary.
We will create a safe and empowering space for you to show up, be seen, held, share and set intentions with the support of the new moon and Mama Ocean by our side

Parking will be all along the street of Old Golden Lantern and cross streets. We will be in circle in the first flat grass section at the bottom of the first hill.

Breakdown of the experience: 6:00pm-6:30pm Intro & Welcome Creating a safe space

6:30-7:15pm Guided Breathwork into the Heart led by Leslie Medley Intention Setting guided by Mallory Murray

7:15-8:00pm Sacred Sharing Closing the circle

What to bring:

– Your open-heart and open-mind

– Adventurous, conscious & open-minded friends

– A yoga mat or cushion to sit on

– A warm blanket or hoodie (we will be on the beach at sunset time)

– Water bottle

– Journal/Notebook & pen

– Your favorite stone/crystal or something special to you to place on the altar during the circle (not required)
