The South Coast Water District Board of Directors holds regular meetings on the second and fourth Thursdays of the month at 6 p.m. at the District Administrative Office, 31592 West Street, Laguna Beach, CA 92651. You are welcome and encouraged to attend the regular Board meetings in person.
