The 4th annual Together4Teens conference is back in person! This event will feature a keynote speaker, breakout sessions for youth and parents and a teen panel discussion. Join us for food trucks and a resource fair following the event. This is a free event brought to you by multiple youth serving organizations in Orange County who believe educating and supporting youth mental health is key to overall wellness.

Keynote: UC Davis student, mental health advocate and co-founder of Teens4Teens Help Kara Long

Youth Workshops will include: Yoga with Uplift Teen Yoga, music for coping, healthy relationships, social media literacy, & self-care for wellness.Parent workshops will include: Teen mental health with CHOC children’s  Sarah Ruiz, PhD, Licensed Psychologist, illicit drugs and social media with Amy Neville, Communicating with your teen, nutrition for mental wellness, and raising healthy teens.
