Taikun Sushi Omakase Pop-Up
Wednesdays through Sundays, July 15 – Nov. 5, 2023 – 5:30 p.m. & 8 p.m.
“The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel welcomes Taikun, an omakase pop-up debuting to the public on July 15th and available by reservation through Nov. 5.
“The sushi-driven tasting menu takes place in a completely transformed private dining room on the beachfront property and features an intimate 8-seat counter where guests interact directly with the chef, observing the highly skilled preparation of each dish.
“Taikun Sushi is a pop-up omakase experience curated by the internationally acclaimed Executive Chef Kei Yoshino and his team from New York City.
“Guests embark on a culinary journey highlighting an exquisite variety of high-quality fish sourced from top purveyors worldwide.
“Taikun Sushi also offers a sommelier-curated sake and wine pairing.
“This is Taikun’s West Coast debut.
“Seats may be reserved on Tock for $175 per person with a seating at 5:30 p.m. and 8 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday.”
